The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of the notices dated 25.10.2024 sent by Mr. Rajak Ahmed, Sub Inspector, Police Station Sangam Vihar, South District, New Delhi.

Mr. Amol Sinha, ASC for the State submits that the notices were issued in pursuance to the complaint dated 30.01.2024 received from Respondent no. 2.

2.2 He states that therefore, Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are not required to appear before the Inquiry Officer in response to the notices dated 25.10.2024 and the notices may be treated as withdrawn.

The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the State is taken on record and Respondent No.1 is bound down to the said statement. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of the aforesaid submissions of Respondent no. 1, the reliefs sought in the petition stands satisfied.

In view of the facts noted hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of. The impugned notices dated 25.10.2024 sent by Mr. Rajak Ahmed, Sub Inspector, Police Station Sangam Vihar, South District, New Delhi are recorded as withdrawn.
