This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to quash the impugned order dated 28.08.2025 and decision letter dated 26.09.2025 passed by Respondent No.1 withdrawing/refusing the recognition/approval for the D. Pharm and B. Pharm courses for the academic session 2025-26. 8.
