The Petitioner states that they have rendered various services as well as supplied goods to the Respondents as per the work orders issued by them, the details of which have been narrated in the representation-cum-legal notice dated 21st September, 2024. Mr. Abhijat, counsel for Petitioner submits that since no response has been received from the Respondents in terms of the aforementioned representation, the limited prayer sought in the present writ petition is for seeking a direction to the Respondents to take a decision on the aforenoted representation in a time bound manner. 2.
