% 20.03.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since his entire case was based on a decision of Punjab and Haryana High Court, which has not been implemented for the present academic year, he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to move an appropriate application before the respondents, in case, the need so arises for the next academic year. In case the petitioner moves such an application in the next academic year, the respondents will take a considered decision on the same by keeping in view all the relevant factors.

Liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
