seeking direction to respondent No. 3 to defreeze or clear the debit freeze over the current account No. 1947549287 of the petitioner lying in in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. IFSC Code KKBK000216, Vasant Kunj Branch, New Delhi in the name of "M/s Mastect Services Pvt. Ltd.".

Mr. Hasibuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the amount of Rs. 24 lakhs is subject-matter of an F.I.R registered by the intervener in which investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed. He has no objection if the lien is created on Rs. 24 lakhs. 3.

Since the disputed amount is only of Rs. 24 lakhs and as the bank account is of more than 2 crores, a complete blanket freeze would be contrary to the preservation of the subject matter of the dispute between the parties.

Since the disputed amount is of Rs. 24 lakhs and that is due to an inter-se dispute between the petitioner and the intervener, it is directed that the account No. 1947549287 of the petitioner lying in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., IFSC Code KKBK000216, Vasant Kunj Branch, New Delhi in the name of "M/s Mastect Services Pvt. Ltd." shall be defreezed and only an amount of Rs. 24 lakhs will be held in lien. 5.

Mr, Chawla, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, shall inform the same to the bank today.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and disposed of along with any pending applications.
