By the present petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to consider the notional date of seniority of the petitioner as Assistant Commandant as 08.11.2011, as already agreed upon and directed by an Order dated 20.05.2024 issued by the DIG (Pers), CRPF, and consequently re-fix the pay and allowances of the petitioner at par with his immediate senior, Santosh Kumar A/C IRLA No. 8928, and immediate junior, Surendra Beniwal, A/C IRLA No. 8999.

of the present petition, we deem it appropriate that the respondents must consider the same as a representation of the petitioner and decide upon the same within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.
