The present application has been filed by the Customs Department under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking time to comply with the order dated 31st October, 2025 passed by the Court.

It is submitted by Mr. Vishal Chaddha, ld. Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Customs Department that the Customs Department is intending to move an SLP in this matter against the order dated 31st October, 2025.

In this view of the matter, the time for compliance is extended till 15th February, 2026.
