% 14.03.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make representations to the respondents seeking waiver of the condition which requires a candidate to have passed Class XII from a School in the NCR of Delhi for being considered under the 85% quota reserved for candidates from Delhi.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for. In case the petitioner makes a representation within two weeks, the respondents would decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within the next three weeks. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order

passed by the respondents, it would be open for her to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
