The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to take action against the unauthorised construction being raised by respondent no. 3 in the shape of a Multi-Storey Building at plot bearing House No. A-11/4, 5th Pusta Main Service Road, South Ganvri, Near Gyan Sarovar School, Delhi-110053, forming part of Khasra No. 847/46/2, Village Gonda Gurjan Khadar, Delhi.

Counsel appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 18th September, 2025 passed in an earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) 11374/2025 titled as "Dharmbeer Singh and Anr. v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Ors.". By referring to the aforesaid order, counsel submits that though unauthorised construction in the property in question has been booked by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi W.P.(C) 16136/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ('MCD'), however, unauthorised construction is still being carried out. 3.
The status report has been handed over in Court on behalf of respondent no.1/MCD. The same is taken on record. 4.
In terms of the said status report:- i.
The subject property has been sealed at entry gate of MS steel barricading at 02 points. Photographs have been filed along with the status report.
ii.
It is further stated that respondent no.3 has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD against demolition and sealing order of respondent no.1/MCD where interim protection has been granted in favour of respondent no.3.

In view thereof, respondent no.1/MCD is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law subject to the outcome of the aforesaid appeal. 6.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
