dated 20.03.2025 narrates in detail the role played by each of the accused/applicants in these bail applications. As further reflected from last order, testimony of prosecutrix has already been recorded by the Trial Court and she has fully supported the prosecution case. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicants is that the prosecutrix was administered some intoxicating liquid by accused Prince, after which she was raped by Prince and Sonu. The role of the accused Ashlok is that he took the prosecutrix to the room where the alleged rape took place and after the prosecutrix was administered the intoxicating liquid, Ashlok went out of the room after latching the door from outside, leaving the prosecutrix inside the room with Sonu and Prince. Learned counsel for prosecutrix also refers to the CCTV footage, MLC and FSL report.

In view of above circumstances, learned counsel for prosecutrix and learned APP for the State contend that these cases are not fit to grant bail. 3.
However, since none appears on behalf of accused/applicants, both these applications are dismissed in default.
