The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking permission to go abroad for a period of three months. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other coaccused persons have already been granted permission to go abroad by the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

He seeks to withdraw the present petition to approach the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, in view of the orders passed on the applications of other co-accused persons.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
