After some hearing, Mr. Ramji Srinivasan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner - Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to seek the same relief before the appropriate High Court, as the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 was passed by the Regional Director (South East Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Hyderabad, in relation to respondent No.3 - Institute of Chartered Tax Practitioners India, which is registered in the State of Karnataka.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
