LPA 1128/2024 1.
The appellant who appears in person seeks to question the judgment handed down by the learned Single Judge dated 22 October 2024 pursuant to which his writ petition has come to be disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to take further steps pursuant to the directions which had been framed by the Division Bench, which had disposed of an earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 15550/2023.
2.
Although, the writ petition was framed for a direction being The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/07/2025 at 01:30:02
passed for a representation dated 13 September 2024 being considered and disposed of, the prayer essentially appears to have been to permit the petitioner to vend in the Janpath area. The learned Single Judge had taken note of the adverse findings in this respect which had come to be rendered by the Division Bench and which had negated that prayer in terms of its order passed in the earlier writ petition. 3.
It is in the aforesaid backdrop that the learned Single Judge has merely left it open for the petitioner's representation to be considered and decided as and when a survey is conducted. 4.
Bearing in mind the aforesaid, we find no merit in the challenge which stands raised. The appeal stands dismissed. YASHWANT VARMA, J.
