% 15.09.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. By order dated 08.07.2010, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the awarded amount with interest, 75% of the said deposit was allowed to be released to the claimants.

The balance shall also now be released to the claimants.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
