The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"(a) Issue necessary directions to the Ld. Trial Court to dispose off the aforesaid Application dated 24.08.2023 u/s 25 (2) of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, for modification of Order dated 15.02.2021 and further passing of modified order of interim maintenance on the basis of Fresh Income Affidavit.; and (b) Award cost of the petition in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents..."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has sought variance of the order dated 15.02.2021 qua which the interim maintenance was granted on the basis of the averments mentioned therein. He further submits that the said application is still pending and yet to be disposed of. It is informed that the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court is 20.11.2024.
