% 14.07.2016 The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 11.08.2015 vide which proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his application for recalling the said proceedings is pending before the learned MM and the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 27.07.2016. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this court is of the considered view that since the matter is under adjudication of the Trial Court on the application of the petitioner for recalling the

proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C., no ground is made out to interfere with the order dated 11.08.2015. However, the learned MM is directed to hear the arguments and decide the application on the next date of hearing.

Needless to say that the order dated 11.08.2015 be not given effect to till 27.07.2016.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
