IA No.2493/2021 u/O XIII R 1 CPC seeking release of original Will It is jointly stated by the parties that the matter has already been disposed of vide order dated 29.01.2019. it is stated that the original Will is required for sale of the property in question and that the probate certificate has not been issued and requisite stamp paper has not been deposited.
It is stated that requisite e-stamp will be filed within two days. Let needful be done as stated.
