The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no.1, i.e., MCD to demolish the illegal construction being carried out on the fourth floor of the property bearing House no. 1858, Gali No. 10, admeasuring 100 Square yards, situated at Govindpuri Extension, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019.
