% 02.12.2025 CM APPL. 67459/2025 (modification of order dated 17.10.2025). 1.

After the writ petition was disposed of on 17th December 2025, the contemptuous conduct of the petitioner noticed by this Court prompted us to pass an order directing action including under the Contempt of Courts Act, vide speaking order dated 04th November 2025. 2.

The Court, thereafter, in view of the joint request deferred the hearing of the contempt proceedings.

We further accept the unconditional apology tendered by the petitioner.

Accordingly, we discharge the contempt notices. 9.
