This petition has been filed seeking interim bail in case arising out of FIR No.1103/2023 under Sections 307/34 IPC P.S. Kalyanpuri. Chargesheet was filed under Sections 302/34 IPC. Petitioner seeks interim bail for the purpose of attending the wedding of his sister Amreen which is to be solemnised with Varis Ali on 22nd November, 2024 as per Muslim Rites and Customs at 6-Block, Central Park, Khichdipur, Delhi-110091. The marriage card has been enclosed with the bail petition. The petitioner, being the only brother of the bride-to-be, prays for an interim bail. 2.

that the accused is involved in three other offences all pertaining to PS Kalyanpuri and the family of the deceased are living in the same locality. 3.
APP for the State, on instructions of the IO, also states that charges have just been framed and the matter is to proceed to trial wherein eyewitnesses need to be examined. One of the eyewitnesses is a 14-year-old younger brother of the deceased and since they are living in the same area/colony; they have a grave apprehension that the eyewitness would be influenced.

In these circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner be taken in police custody on 22nd November, 2024 for attending the wedding function of his sister at the wedding venue as noted above. 5.
The policemen accompanying the petitioner will be in plain clothes and will allow the petitioner maximum time through the day, as permitted by applicable rules, be with his family, in order to participate in the wedding ceremony and functions.

Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 7.
