The present petitions filed under Section 29A (4) and (5)of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seek extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

Vide order dated 07.10.2024, passed in OMP (T) (COMM.) 100/2024 & Ors., this Court had substituted the predecessor arbitrator upon her withdrawing from her office.

Respective counsel for the parties jointly request that appropriate extension of time be granted for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

Considering the averments made in the petitions and the joint request of respective counsel, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of arbitral award is extended till 01.12.2025. 7.

The petitionsare allowed in the above terms.
