This suit is instituted by the Plaintiff seeking permanent injunction against Defendants No. 1 to 3 and all others acting on their behalf from using in any manner whatsoever Plaintiff's trademark Veg Mayonnaise De'lite registered in Classes 29 and 30.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed on 09.02.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. 3.
