A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for releasing him on 1st spell of furlough for a period of three weeks. 2.

Learned APP submits that the furlough has been granted vided Order dated 16.10.2025. A copy of which has been placed on record. The same be taken on record.

In view of the submissions made, nothing more survives in the present Petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
