This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Declare that the Anti Corruption Branch of the Delhi Government has no jurisdiction in regard to employees/public servants of the Central Government;

(b) Quash the direction by the Chief Minister of Delhi to register FIR in the present case, and the consequent decision and action taken by Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government to register FIR as being beyond their competence.

(c) Declare that FIR No. 17 of 2014 registered by the Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government is non-est, and issue a mandatory order restraining the Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government from proceeding further with FIR No. 17/2014. (d) pass such order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.

So far as prayer 'a' is concerned, the same stands settled in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Government of NCT of Delhi v. So far as prayer 'b' and 'c' are concerned, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that closure report has already been filed in the aforesaid FIR.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
