The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) summon the records of the case bearing GP. No. 70 of 2022 titled "Deepak Jain vs. Shuchi Jain" from the Court of Sh. Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Court- 01, Shahadara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi; and b) allow the petition of the petitioner and set aside the order dt. 07- 062024 passed by the Court of Sh. Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Court- 01, Shahadara, Karkardooma Courts whereby the Ld.
Judge has dismissed the application of the petitioner to celebrate the Father's Day on 18-06-2024, grandparents' day on 10-09-2024, Arham's Birthday on 01-07-2024, Aama's Birthday on 08-10-2024, Father's birthday on 0607-2024, grandparent's birthday on 01-09-2024, and 14-04-2025, 50th Marriage anniversary of grandparents on 18-01-2025; c) allow the petitioner to meet his children within the court premises in the children's room; and d) pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, who is present in Court today, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, as the parties are exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.
