Application under Section 528 read with Sections 490/484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for modification of the Order dated 28.10.2025 in W.P.(CRL) No. 3450/2025 with a request that the Applicant may be allowed to avail his Furlough by furnishing a cash Surety instead of a Surety of like amount.

Considering the submissions made, the impugned Order dated 28.10.2025 is hereby modified and instead of a Surety of like amount, the Petitioner may furnish the cash Surety of the same amount.
