% 26.04.2018 This court has already passed a winding up order against the respondent Company appointing the Official Liquidator as the Liquidator of the respondent Company in Co. Pet. 698/2015.

Hence, the present petitions have become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to file their claim petitions before the OL within 8 weeks from today in the prescribed format along with appropriate supporting documents.

The petitions stand disposed of.
