The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeks directions to Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 to provide protection to the Petitioner from Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, and to initiate appropriate legal action against them in accordance with law. 2.
The Petitioner submits that she was previously married to Respondent No. 4 but is now living separately. She alleges that she is facing threats from Respondent No. 2 (her father), Respondent No. 3 (her brother), and Respondent No. 4 (her husband).

She states that a complaint in this regard has been submitted to the Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station Farsh Bazar, on 15th October, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. Anand V. Khatri, ASC for the State, submits that a threat perception analysis shall be carried out, and based on the outcome, appropriate protection shall be extended to the Petitioner, if deemed necessary.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
The contact information of the concerned SHO and Beat Constable is publicly available on the official website of the Delhi Police. The Petitioner may approach them in the event of any further threats or untoward incidents. Any such complaint, if made, shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law.
