% 29.08.2018 CS(OS) 110/2018 & I.A.___________(to be numbered) The parties have settled all their disputes and have filed a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure which is signed by the parties and is also supported by their affidavits. The application along with the affidavit is marked as Ex.C1. The settlement between the parties is taken on record. The application is allowed and the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties. The Ex.C1 shall form part of the decree. All the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
