% 01.09.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the permission letter dated 17th June, 2015 issued by the Forest Department as well as the regularization letter dated 25th July, 2016.
