He has been identified by ASI Surinder Dutt of police station Hari Nagar.
Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He admits having received the entire settled amount of `24,000/- and has no objection in case FIR No.
687/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Hari Nagar is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and
respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
