Three Central Para-Military Forces have been impleaded as a respondent.
The petitioners who are seven in number had worked under different Para-Military Forces.
Individual facts give birth to individual cause of action and we find no commonality of interest or cause of action emerging.

Faced with aforesaid learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with right reserved to file fresh writ petitions but not by al petitioners acting together. The petitioners would file separate writ petitions inasmuch as individual facts give birth to different causes of action in favour of the petitioners concerning the ACP scheme emerge. WP(C) 2089/2016

Granting liberty as prayed for on the terms above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
