% 20.11.2017 C.M.41851/2017 By way of this application, petitioner seeks correction of a typographical error in the judgment of 31st October, 2017 by which this petition has been disposed of.

The inadvertent error, which has crept in paragraph No.8 of the judgment, is regarding the grant of admissible arrears from the date of filing of the writ petition. It is a matter of record that this writ petition was filed on 27th April, 2016 whereas in the judgment of 31st October, 2017, it has been inadvertently mentioned that petitioner would be entitled to admissible arrears of pension from 26th April, 2005. Since the error pointed out is innocuous in nature, therefore, this application is allowed and it is directed that the necessary correction in the judgment of 31st October, 2017 in paragraph No.8 be made to the effect that the date mentioned therein of 26th April, 2005 be read as 27th April, 2016. The application is disposed of.
