Learned additional standing counsel submits that matter is listed before the Trial Court for orders today. A report from the concerned court has been received and same has been perused.

Learned Metropolitan Magistrate has given the reasons for non-pronouncement of order. Learned Metropolitan Magistrate has categorically stated in the report that order will be pronounced positively on 11th July, 2016.

Learned counsel for petitioner/complainant submits that he will appear before the Trial Court today itself. In view of report of the Trial Court, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and same is disposed of. A.K. PATHAK, J.
