% 17.04.2018 The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has sent a report that the matter has been settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 4th April, 2018. As per the settlement, the Appellant has paid a sum of Rs.14,50,000/- as full and final settlement of the impugned decree. The said amount has already been handed over to the Respondents through cheques as described in paragraph B of the agreement. Since the entire dispute has been settled between the parties, the Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Appeal is disposed of as settled. The impugned judgment and decree is also modified in terms of Settlement Agreement. Miscellaneous applications stand disposed of as infructuous. As the matter has been settled in the mediation centre, the court fee may be refunded to the Appellant as per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. The Settlement Agreement has been incorrectly titled as interim Settlement Agreement. This fact may be brought to the notice of the Secretary, Delhi
High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Copy of this order be sent to Ms. Veena Ralli.
