% 04.04.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 21st March, 2018, Mr.Arjun Mitra, learned counsel for NDMC, has obtained relevant instructions and he fairly submits that the respondents will process the application of the petitioner for a new filtered water & sewer connection at premises E-27/4, Connaught Place, New Delhi, and the same shall not be linked with outstanding dues of House Tax being claimed from the petitioner. He assures the Court that since the application of the petitioner has been pending since August, 2017, the respondents will take appropriate steps to dispose of the petitioner's pending application expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in the present petition. REKHA PALLI, J APRIL 04, 2018/aa
