% 21.03.2016 1.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the respondent-CRPF to grant him the first, second and third ACP along with the consequential benefits and to quash the office order dated 18th October, 2014 (Annexure A-6 colly). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a substantive representation against the impugned office order dated 18th October, 2014, issued by the respondent-CRPF and for seeking W.P.(C) 2416/2016

grant of the first, second and third ACP.

3.

A perusal of the writ petition reveals that though the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondents, marked as Annexure-A-3 (colly), the same do not make any reference to the impugned office order dated 18th October, 2014. In such circumstances, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the present petition with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a substantive representation before the competent authority seeking grant of the first, second and third ACP and for setting aside the impugned office order dated 18th October, 2014. As and when the said representation is received by the respondents, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within four weeks by passing a speaking order in accordance with the law, under written intimation to the petitioner.
