It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent that after offer and counter offer, the parties have amicably resolved their all disputes by which the petitioner/management has agreed to pay total sum of Rs.2,40,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his claim as a lumpsum compensation including reinstatement, back wages and gratuity, etc. The respondent, who appears in person, confirms the settlement.

As such the petition along with pending application is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement so stated.

At this stage, it is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 09.03.2016 a sum of Rs.3,17,356/- was deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of the Court.

In the circumstances, a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- be released by the
Registry to the respondent and rest of the amount along with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the petitioner. VINOD GOEL, J JUNE 01, 2018 "sandeep"
