The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.95/2016 under Section 341/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Gazipur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 04.04.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

Nature of injuries are 'simple' in nature.

Status report further reveals that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the complainant.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
