O R D E R

% 06.03.2017 It is submitted that respondent no.2 and petitioner have settled their disputes before the mediation centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 18th February, 2017, therefore, FIR No.849/2015 under Sections 354-D IPC registered at police station Safdarjung Enclave be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has also been identified by SI Naresh Kumar PS Safdarjung Enclave. She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

She further submits that FIR may be quashed in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.849/2015 under Sections

354-D IPC registered at police station Safdarjung Enclave is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
