% 26.02.2020 CM APPL No.7665/2020 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC read with Section 151 CPC.

It is stated by learned counsels that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the appeal be disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 14.02.2020, more specifically, in terms of paras No.1 to 9. The said Agreement has been entered into between the parties voluntarily and without any undue influence from any corner and that the parties shall comply with the terms and conditions contained therein.

In view of the submissions made, the application stands disposed of.

RFA 207/2008 The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the above order. The

parties shall comply with the terms and conditions the Settlement Agreement dated 14.02.2020 (Ex.C-1).
