The terms of the compromise are contained in the aforenoted application duly signed by all the parties supported by the affidavit of the plaintiff, defendant no.1, defendant no.2, defendant no.4. Defendant no.3 who was the mother of the parties has since expired. The terms and conditions of the settlement are contained in the aforenoted application which along the affidavit is collectively marked as Ex.P-1.
Parties having settled their disputes, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. Permission granted.
Suit dismissed as withdrawn.
