By the present bail application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail for a period of 15 days in FIR No. 284/2024 dated 06.12.2024, registered at Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin, for offences under Sections 20/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, stating that surgery of her minor child has finally taken place on 15.10.2025 and the child has been advised bed rest for some time. 2.

By order dated 26.09.2025 passed in BAIL APPLN. 3695/2025, the applicant was granted interim bail for a period of one week by this Court imposing certain terms and conditions, noting that the applicant's son has to undergo surgery. Surgery as noted above has finally taken place on 15.10.2025. 3.

interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 26.09.2025 is extended till 26.10.2025, on the same terms and conditions as imposed therein.
