This contempt petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 06.10.2025 in W.P.(C) 15351/2025. On 17.10.2025, contempt petition was taken up for hearing and Mr. Rupal had sought time to revert with instructions.

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that the notice whereby the Petitioner was asked to vacate the hostel accommodation has been withdrawn and he has been permitted to continue residing in the hostel accommodation till further orders of the Court.
