O R D E R

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby to release him on bail in case bearing FIR No. 227/2016 registered at P.S. Vikas Puri, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/468/471/34 IPC.

Pursuant to order dated 09.03.2016, the State has filed the status report and verified the factum that the petitioner has to appear in B.Com(UG) Main Exams 2016, which are scheduled from 16.03.2016 to 28.03.2016.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted interim bail upto 30.03.2016 on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to satisfaction of the learned Trial Court to enable him to appear in the examinations as noted above. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 31.03.2016.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner under the signature of the Court Master. 6.

The Registry of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authorities for compliance. SURESH KAIT, J.
