% 11.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents states that refund order dated 2.5.2008 has been passed and a speaking order on the question of interest has also been passed. Copies of the said orders have been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The refund due along with interest would be paid, if not already paid, within a period of two weeks from today.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by the refund order or the order on the question of interest, would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of, without any order as to costs.
