Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/respondent No.2 submits that in pursuance of the order dated 09.12.2011, the respondent No.2 had deposited the title papers of the property located at Mettupalaym Industrial Estate, P.I.P.D.I.C.

Thattanchavadey Revenue, Oulgaret Commune, Pondicherry, therefore, the same may be released in favour of the respondent No.2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has no objection if the aforesaid documents are released in favour of the respondent No.2.

Accordingly, the Registry of this Court is directed to return the aforesaid documents in favour of the applicant/respondent No.2 on taking necessary steps by him.
