O R D E R

% 24.05.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 has brought on record an order dated 17.05.2016, passed by the Chairman of the school in which the petitioner is employed. By the aforesaid order, the pay of the petitioner has been fixed at Rs.17,140/-. A direction has also been issued to the accounts branch of the school to stop deduction of Rs.18,000/- from the salary of the petitioner henceforth.

The entire grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed. The only issue which is left to be decided is whether the amount (Rs.90,000/- calculated at the rate of Rs.18,000/- per month for five months) which has already been deducted by the school management from the salary of the petitioner need be returned to her at the earliest.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 fairly submits that once the order dated 17.05.2016 has been passed by the school management, it is imperative and obligatory on the part of the school to return the aforesaid amount, and which shall be returned to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above. All the pending applications also stand disposed of. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J MAY 24, 2016 k
