This is an application seeking amendment of the Cause Title consequent to the assessee being amalgamated with Publicis Communications Private Ltd. The applicant has filed a copy of the order dated 09.03.2012 passed by the Bombay High Court approving the scheme of amalgamation.

For the aforesaid reasons, the present application is allowed. 3.

The amended memo of parties is taken on record. CM APPL. 59166/2024 (Withdrawal) 1.

This is an application filed by the appellant seeking to withdraw the above-captioned appeal as the appellant's application for settlement under Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 has been accepted. The appellant also prays leave to revive the present appeal in case the dispute is not finally settled.
