% 11.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Main accused Raju Sansi and his son have been already released on bail. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Petitioner will cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon. Learned APP opposes the bail application on the ground that petitioner's name has been disclosed by the co-accused Raju Sansi. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO/Arresting Officer of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
